My journey is officially over! I have lost a total of 25 pounds in 61 days! I will be doing another weight loss challenge, and muscle gain challenge soon. This journey was pretty good for me, I didn’t do my best, but it was a good warmup. It is now time for the real deal. Stay Tuned!
