New Years Resolutions for 2014.
I think it’s about time to start writing down and acting on your resolutions for the new year. 2014 brings us a brand new year and a fresh start to something we need to accomplish or pursue. 2013 wasn’t the best for me so I’m just waiting for it to end so I can have a fresh start.
Every year I like to start my New Years Resolutions about a week early. I am actually going to start mine tomorrow this way you feel less pressure when January, 1 2014 hits the clock. I always feel if you don’t come up with goals for yourself and document them, you’ll never accomplish them.
New Years Resolutions for 2014
Have you come up with any resolutions for the new year yet? I suggest you come up with some as soon as possible and get a head start so you don’t feel overwhelmed when the year starts. Most people want to lose weight, or give up a certain type of thing they do which is good but don’t make it impossible.
It’s pretty common for people to fail within the first week and then snowball into another year of self failure in one way or another. In 2013 for instance, I personally didn’t accomplish a damn thing I was looking for and you know who’s fault that is? Mine. There is no one else to blame but yourself.
My girlfriend made a good point the other day. She said, “It seemed like just yesterday we were celebrating Christmas and all of sudden an entire year has passed and it feels like nothing”. She right, time fly’s by and you will feel much better if you stick to a goal or a resolution and you’ll be overall more happy.
