Hey guys, I haven’t posted anything in a week or so but no worries I’m still here!
I have been working out a lifestyle change so I have been trying to clean up my diet. I am proud to say I have been eating super clean and I feel great! I have been eating an apple for breakfast, then I have lean meat with rice and green beans for lunch. Now portion is key here. I make sure I only have a very small serving of rice, and I make sure I don’t exceed 8oz of meat. Then I have the same thing for dinner.
It was hard at first but now I am use to it and I actually am enjoying it I just need to make sure I have it all prepped for an entire weeks worth of eating. Just a quickie update for you guys!
