I have been struggling big time with this diet and I hate to admit it to you guys.
I want to say good things but I really have nothing good to say. Well I take that back, I have still been going to the gym every single day and doing intense cardio. The good news is I have stayed the same weight since I kind of been messing up on my diet. I wish I was losing weight but then again I have been eating poorly and I haven’t gained any additional weight which is good.
The key thing here is to stay consistent at the gym and that is what I shall do. Better posts coming soon I promise!
