Day 55 – Best Cardio Workout Yet + Fasted

Today is Day 55 of my Intermittent Fasting Diet and I had the best cardio workout yet!

Today I dominated my cardio workout and obliterated 600+ calories in less than 50 minutes. I had a great sweat going and it felt good to be at the gym, I can’t wait to go tomorrow too! I think I might have over did it a bit though because my knee caps feel inflamed. I should be good by tomorrow though so no worries.

My eating has been crap lately but today I was able to survive on less than 200 calories total so I have successfully fasted. I bought these green beans and seasoned them with lemon pepper and salt so they are a healthy delicious snack for when I have some cravings. Thanks for reading!
