Day 51 – Woke Up Tired, Solid Workout + Diet

Today is Day 51 of my Intermittent Fasting Diet and it was a pretty solid day.

I woke up with only 3 hours of sleep which is not good but I lost track of time last night and before I knew it, it was already 1 in the morning. I woke up at 4 and right when I woke up I knew I had to go to the gym so I stumbled and made it there. The first 10 minutes of my workout were just awful, everything was sore and I was just straight up tired.

So then finally my energy kicked in and I was able to finish with a solid workout. I also ate less than 600 calories today so the diet was in check. Tomorrow I will be fasting! Thanks for reading!
