Day 50 – Great Cardio Workout & Clean Eating

Today was Day 50 of my Intermittent Fasting Diet and I had a solid recovery day since I messed up pretty badly the previous day.

I started my morning extremely tired and lethargic except I was determined to go to the gym. I eventually got up and stumbled myself into my car and drove to the gym and I was very happy that I did that. Maybe since I ate so many carbs the day before I was able to have this amazing workout because I had an awesome amount of energy.

I burned over 600+ calories on my elliptical machine and I only took a few second breaks to drink some water. I was feeling great and I could have kept going for another hour, but you know, life makes your time important and I had to leave for work. Oh the thought of working from home everyday really makes me motivated to keep my websites going.

Anyways, after the gym I went to work and around noon I went and bought a bag of beef jerky from the gas station and I grabbed a Subway sandwich. I bought a foot long turkey sub on Italian Herb & Cheese bread with only pickles and chipotle sauce on it. Then on my ride home I ate the bag of beef jerky, I love me some jerky! So in reality, I had a great day compared to yesterday and I can’t wait to hit the gym again tomorrow morning.

It’s beginning to become warmer out now in the Chicago area, finally, so I will be enjoying more outdoor activities soon. My girlfriend and I will be very active this summer and I am excited to be able to run outside again.
