Day 46 & 47 of my Intermittent Fasting Diet have come to an end. Considering it is Friday & Saturday, I ate pretty poorly.
I had to work very early on Friday and I was unable to go to the gym which kind of pissed me off but I dealt with it. It kind of threw off my entire day because then I ate some Chipotle at night along with some ice cream. No Good.
Then today, which is Day 47, I had Chipotle again but then I stuffed my face with some hotdogs and a bacon cheeseburger. I technically had 2 cheat meals so now I must get back to normal tomorrow. Tomorrow is Sunday so I am going to eat very lightly and then Monday I will be fasting. Monday I am going to start lifting along with cardio that I already have been doing.
