Day 17 is coming to a close and my diet is going strong. I burned over 500 calories today at the gym in the early morning and today at worked I only ate a chopped salad.
When I got home today I was still hungry but I didn’t want to eat too many calories so I ate a whole bunch of seaweed. It is actually quite tasty just not very filling. As I type this I am still very hungry but since I am exhausted from a long day at work, I’m just going to watch some TV then go to bed.
I weighed myself today and I was another pound lighter than yesterday so that brings my total weight loss to 8 pounds in 17 days. I’m going to wait about another 7 days before I weigh myself again and hopefully I lost even more weight.
