Day 10 – Cardio In The Morning & I Felt Good All Day

Today is Day 10 of my Intermittent Fasting Journey and I have had another amazing day. I started off this morning with my morning workout.

I did 40 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and put the resistance up to 7 and just pumped away. I was able to burn over 400 calories again and I was sweating my butt off. I could have kept going even longer but I had run out of time and needed to head back home and get ready for work.

I happened to know the guy behind the counter at the gym and it was my first time seeing him in a couple years so we talked for about a half hour, so that kind of killed some of my workout time but that’s totally ok. Nothing like catching up with an old buddy, especially someone who works at the gym I will be dominantly going to.

Day 10 – Cardio on the Elliptical & Beef Sticks Again

If you read Day 9, you would have realized I started liking these things called Ostrim Beef Sticks. Today I bought 2 more boxes and I ate around 7 or 8 sticks throughout the entire day. That is all I ate today so my calories were nice and low and I most likely burned more calories at the gym then I consumed today in general. I also drank a bunch of water, probably around 2 gallons worth throughout the day.

I also had some protein shakes to keep my appetite suppressed when I was feeling hungry and it totally worked. Right now as I type this, I am not even hungry.

Even though it is Day 10 only, I am already starting to feel better. It’s amazing how fast time goes by I still feel like it’s day 1. It just goes to show you with a little effort, anybody can achieve with given time.
